Clear Path Home Loan is a lead-generation and referral platform only. We are not a licensed lender, credit provider, financial adviser, legal adviser, accountant or real estate agent, and we do not provide advice of any kind. Our sole role is to pass your enquiry to a suitable Partner — all services thereafter are provided by the Partner under their own licence and terms.

Our service is free to you — you pay nothing to Clear Path Home Loan, and our referral does not affect the rate, fee or service offered by the Partner. Partners are selected on suitability to your stated need. We do not provide any advice of any kind and are not involved in the services the Partner subsequently delivers to you.
